Aren't the Moleskine awesome! I have a couple of their journals, but just the other day I ordered three Volants. One black for myself, and the other two in pink for the Girlfriend.

Its weird. Waiting for Amazon to ship me a book or movie is painful... but waiting for Amazon to ship me a new Moleskine is divine. Its always a long wait, but theres something so analog about the Moleskine, and there's also something so analog about waiting.

For someone who deals with computers all day, writing in a Moleskine really makes me feel connected to the past. I'm tempted to buy a whole bunch of them sometime, just so I'll always have one available.

hossrex, I completely understand the bliss of the analog moleskine after a long day of technology. And the waiting is so worthwhile!

cheers,

Hey, where in Park Slope did you see them? Are they on sale everywhere now? I'd like to check them out.

s

Hi Sam,

I bought them at Loom at Seventh Ave. and President. So far that's the only place I've seen the extra-small size. I've seen the larger Volant notebooks in bookstores across the city. Hope this helps.
